Initial Consultation

We offer a free initial consultation with our clients to understand the space type (residential, commercial, office, etc.), design needs, style preferences, and budget range. This ensures that our subsequent planning aligns perfectly with your actual needs.

On-Site Measurement and Assessment

A specialist will visit the site to take precise measurements, including space dimensions, circulation, lighting, and structural conditions. They will also assess construction feasibility and limitations. The on-site observations and data will serve as the design basis, ensuring that our subsequent proposal aligns perfectly with the actual conditions and your needs.

Conceptual Proposal and Style Planning

Based on the on-site conditions and your preferences, we'll present an initial design concept and style recommendations. This includes the space layout, color and material palettes, and functional planning. We use visual presentations to help you vividly imagine the look of the space and to establish a clear design consensus and direction.

Construction Drawings and Budget Quotation

Once the concept is confirmed, our team will create a complete set of construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, plumbing and electrical layouts, and detailed schematics. We will also provide a clear and transparent quotation, allowing you to understand the project scope and cost allocation, which facilitates budget adjustments and decision-making.

Construction and Project Management

A professional team will execute the construction based on the drawings, while a dedicated project manager will oversee the entire process. The manager will coordinate different trades, control the timeline and quality, and maintain continuous communication with the owner during construction. This ensures that every detail meets expectations and that the design is accurately realized in the physical space.

Completion and Final Handover

Upon completion, we conduct a full inspection and final acceptance with the owner to ensure all quality and details are in place. We make any necessary adjustments and refinements at this stage. Once confirmed, the space is handed over, and we provide a warranty and after-sales service, allowing you to move in with peace of mind and bring your ideal living blueprint to life.
